How to find the non-payers of subscription?

To identify the non-payers of subscription, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on 'Report' in the sidebar.

Step 2: Select 'Subscription'; this will open the Subscription report page.

Step 3: Choose 'Subscription Non-Payers.'

Step 4: Select the desired columns.

Step 5: Click 'Generate Report.'
